Fort Lauderdale Travel Review

Hey guys! Today I am here to share our Fort Lauderdale trip with you guys! We had an absolute blast staying at the Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort. It was absolutely stunning! Everything about the resort was so beautiful and the customer service went above and beyond to make our stay even more amazing! Below I will be sharing some beautiful photos from our stay and then I'll be explaining more about what the Conrad had to offer! I hope you enjoy these pictures!

Those are some pictures from the beautiful resort! Lets just say, it was definitely hard to leave when we had to check out! They were sooo accommodating with us too! The day we arrived, they actually had the room ready when check in wasn't until 4pm but we got there at 10am from our early flight. Then on the day we checked out, we weren't flying out until 5pm and they extended our checkout until 2pm! Those kinds of things make vacations so much less stressful even though I would have understood if the room wasn't ready at check in! They would have gladly held our luggage and we would have just walked around and checked out the resort, pool deck, etc! Anyways, the resort was so stunning like we could have stayed for two weeks, lol! It felt like paradise. The room was so unbelievable and the view and room was breathtaking. The room felt SO clean and that is HUGE to me while traveling. I like to be in a room that feels clean and tidy! This resort has so much to offer from dining, activities on the pool deck, events, a HUGE pool deck & so many places to layout, and gorgeous ocean views. I linked a few of their restaurants above in the pictures, but they also had amazing In Suite Dining that we did ever morning for breakfast. Who doesn't love breakfast being delivered first thing in the morning and enjoying it on the balcony with an Oceanview?! I know I could have gotten used to that every morning lol! They even have a card with a breakfast menu that you can fill out the night before with everything you want and a delivery time and hang on the outside of your door handle and it arrives when you chose! That was so amazing! Took advantage of that every morning! The last dining option they had on property is a fancier dining, Terra Mare which is a gorgeous Oceanview fine dining option! All of the food that we tried at the resort was so delicious! We pretty much took advantage of the gorgeous resort and relaxed almost every day by the pool! We loved the pool deck so much and it was so relaxing and inviting to us! Every pool deck server from Spinnaker was so sweet and met all of our wants and needs immediately! Another amazing complimentary service was that when you go and ask the towel attendant for towels for your chairs, they follow you to your chairs to set it all up for you with a chair cover and a towel for each chair and a complimentary bottle of water for each of you! AMAZING! I thought that was so great!

As far as what this resort is close to...EVERYTHING! Seriously, literally steps to the beach/ popular oceanfront boardwalk, bars, oceanfront restaurants, nightlife, shops, and so much more! We walked like everywhere and loved that so much! I love being able to walk places from where were staying, thats a huge plus! Its cheaper, good exercise, and so relaxing! Also, they have scooters to rent throughout the town just like lots of other cities which I think is the smartest invention ever! We took advantage of those lots and loved every second of it! Another area the resort is a couple blocks away from which we loooove, is the Fort Lauderdale intracoastal waterway! You guys, its sooo gorgeous! There are so many breathtaking homes and yachts out there, its unbelievable! We love to buy the "happy hour" Water Taxi tickets and ride around during sunset! There are numbered stops throughout the intracoastal, some are just general areas, and some are restaurants, some are for downtown, etc. Its a great way to sightsee and get where you're wanting to go! Great thing is, theres a water taxi stop to load and unload a couple blocks away from this resort! WIN WIN! We would walk or scooter over there and be to the taxi in no time!

Overall, this resort was sooo magical and felt like paradise! We definitely did not want to leave on Monday at all! We had such gorgeous weather and spent the whole time soaking up the Florida sunshine and relaxing! The food at the resort was so amazing and the room was unbelievable. I highly highly recommend this resort to anyone who is planning to travel to the Fort Lauderdale area anytime soon!

That's it for this review! I hope you all enjoyed! XOXO
